This is caused by the screen resolution setting being not matched up the second monitor. When you are in duplicate or extend mode, lower the screen resolution on second monitor and try it again. You can also change the screen resolution using the monitor on-screen menu controls to fix this issue. Check the buttons on the monitor for those controls.

Even if the screen isn’t cracked the LCD inside could’ve got damaged. If screen replacement is possible that would fix the lcd.

I tried the monitor with different computers, with different cables. Always the same problem.
The screen turns on, on off switch still works, buttons still works, sound still works.
BUT when I plug it in or activate it, it turns on for 2-3 seconds with a pinkish tint and turns black. The on-off button is still “white” (indicating it’s on, orange means asleep).

After replugging everything I just noticed that the image works. It’s the backlight that is shutdown. But if I light the LCD screen with my desk lamp I can see that the pixels are working well.

At random intervals the screen flickers especially when the CPU usage is above about 35% and sometimes it turns black. 2 seconds later, the screen comes back to life while flickering a lot and CPU usage jumps to about 50%. It also could cause the CPU to crash with a either, Blue screen of death, or a screen that is purple and blue at the bottom of the screen and a black screen at the top. The error message is also glitched out.

Hi,
I tend to think that the problem may be with your graphics card (If you have one) or with the motherboard if you are using integrated graphics. One sign of a failing graphics card is random "crashes", where the screen goes black, and can come back on. They can also cause Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). If your card is older this is very likely. A thermal issue with the card can cause this. You mention high CPU utilization, which would make me suspect high GPU utilization as well on a discrete card, and even more of an issue if it is integrated graphics in use.
It is possible that the monitor itself is failing. It could be failing backlights on your monitor; a quick check is to shine a bright flashlight at the monitor when it goes black If there is still a dim image where the light hits the screen, you know the backlights or their power supply are probably bad. It pretty much eliminates your system as the problem.
I would do some of the checks below next. I'm answering mainly from the perspective of a desktop system,
A quick test to see if it is your system or monitor would be to borrow another known good monitor, or another known good one of of your own if you have one, and connect it to the computer in place of this one. If the problem reoccurs, then you can be pretty safe in figuring it is the computer (or cable), rather than the monitor. As jayeff said, monitors are dumb devices and they are very unlikely to be able to cause BSOD.
Also swap cables with a known good one, the problem may be a failing cable. See if the problem persists. If it goes away you know it was the cable.
If you have a discrete graphics card, also see if you can swap ports on the card. If your monitor has multiple available imputs you can try other feeds like DVI or Display Port, to see if the problem persists. It is possible for a port on the card to go bad. Not sure that your monitor is new enough to have USB-C as an available input.
Another thing that can cause erratic operation is a failing system power supply. Again, if there is an association with high CPU usage, that could be another cause.

I powered my laptop on and the monitor that it's connected to has a black dead spot on a portion of the screen. While I load up a game, the screen now glitches and it the screen is color inverted and washed with a white filter I can't get rid of.

Hi @alberteinst8428,
White filter sounds like the Contrast setting is adjusted too high.
Have you tried a different video cable, vga or DVI (you didn't specify what type of connection)?
Have you tried using a different monitor, just to prove that the problem is in the monitor and not the laptop?
If you've tried another video cable or even a different input type and it still fails, but it is OK when using a different monitor, it may be simpler to replace the mainboard in the monitor than trying to fix it.
Search online for Acer S200HL mainboard or 3520-0052-0150 to find suppliers that suit you best.
Here's the ifixit Acer S200HL LCD Monitor Motherboard Replacement guide that may help.
If you're interested here's a link that although your monitor doesn't have the same symptoms, shows some components e.g. capacitors (check for domed or leaking), that may affect the operation. Worth looking at first perhaps.

So a few weeks ago my phone just randomly lost signal and says searching or no service. I rested network settings and it worked for but a bit but I’ve taken the SIM card out, Reset setting, airplane mode, just about everything. Still doesn’t work, when I try to reset the network settings again I click reset and it will just sit there frozen I can exit out of the app but the phone doesn’t reboot. Everyone in my family still have data and Lte tho, if you know how to fix this please let me know!

The instrument cluster in your vehicle gets its power from the Cluster/Theft Fuse 10A located in the Body Control Module located under the center console. That power comes into the cluster on a red/white wire terminal 14 of the connector at the cluster. The cluster ground is supplied on a black/white wire at terminal 6. The ground wire terminates at ground point G201 under the center console. So check the fuse first. Then check for power at terminal 14 and check for good ground at terminal 6 at the cluster connector. The cluster operates by digital data supplied by the body control module on terminals 7 & 8
